Some days, I just want something quick, satisfying, and packed with bold flavors. That’s where my Spicy Tuna Spread Sandwich comes in. Unlike a traditional tuna salad, this spread has a creamy consistency that stays put—no more tuna chunks falling out of your sandwich. It has 23g of protein per sandwich. (Boost your protein by adding a hard-boiled egg and using high-protein bread.)

It’s also incredibly versatile—I can adjust the spice level depending on my mood, and it pairs beautifully with pickles and fresh veggies for added crunch.
