In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, vanilla protein powder, and salt.
Add the tahini (or your nut butter of choice) and the maple syrup. Add the sprinkles.
Stir until a thick, smooth dough forms. If it feels too dry, add a small splash of extra tahini/nut butter.
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a plate or tray.
Chill in the fridge for at least an hour to firm up.
