  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, desiccated coconut, and salt.
  • Mix well until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
  • Roll each ball in the extra desiccated coconut until fully coated.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  • Store the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
