Princess Diana’s Favorite Overnight Oats
Bright, healthy, and feels just a little bit royal.Feel free to double or even triple the recipe as needed!

Servings: 1 large serving
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain/vanilla
- 1 small apple grated or finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- A handful of walnuts chopped
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon honey for drizzling on top
Make the base:
In a jar or a small bowl, combine the oats and orange juice.
Stir well to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) for the oats to soften and flavors to meld.
Serve:
Top with yogurt, apple, blueberries, walnuts, cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey.
