Princess Diana’s Favorite Overnight Oats

Bright, healthy, and feels just a little bit royal.
Feel free to double or even triple the recipe as needed!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain/vanilla
  • 1 small apple grated or finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • A handful of walnuts chopped
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon honey for drizzling on top

Instructions

Make the base:

  • In a jar or a small bowl, combine the oats and orange juice.
  • Stir well to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) for the oats to soften and flavors to meld.

Serve:

  • Top with yogurt, apple, blueberries, walnuts, cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey.
