Snickers-Inspired Overnight Oats

Indulgent Snickers overnight oats recipe with chocolate, peanut butter & caramel flavors. Healthy make-ahead breakfast that tastes like dessert! Just 5 minutes prep time.
Feel free to double or even triple the recipe as needed!

Ingredients

  • 2 soft and juicy Medjool dates pitted and chopped into small pieces
  • 2 Heaping Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

For serving (optional): chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, or a drizzle of peanut butter.

Instructions

Make the base:

  • In a blender, combine the dates, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Combine with oats:

  • Pour the blended mixture over the rolled oats in a jar or an airtight container.

Chill overnight:

  • Stir well to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) for the oats to soften and flavors to meld.

Serve:

  • In the morning, give it a good mix. Top with chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
