3-Ingredient Protein Balls

These 3-Ingredient Protein Balls are soft, chewy, and perfectly sweet! No blender, no baking, no mess. With only good-for-you ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or any nut butter plus 1-2 tablespoons if needed
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients until mostly combined.
  • Knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms.
  • If the dough feels dry or crumbly, add peanut butter, 1 teaspoon at a time, until it comes together.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes (optional, but helps them firm up).
  • Enjoy!

Notes

How to store protein balls?
Fridge: Keep the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. 
Freezer: For longer storage, pop them in the freezer for up to 2 months. Just let them sit at room temp for a few minutes before eating, they’ll soften up quickly.
