Creamy berry cheesecake overnight oats that taste like dessert for breakfast! This healthy, make-ahead recipe is perfect for busy mornings and requires no cooking.

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 Teaspoon chia seeds optional
  • 1 Heaping Tablespoon instant vanilla pudding like Jell-O
  • 2 Heaping Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries

For serving (optional): additional berries and graham cracker cookie crumbles.

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a small jar.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or overnight) until thickened.
  • When ready to enjoy, give it a good stir and add berries and graham cracker cookie crumbles.
  • Store the overnight oats in the fridge for up to 5 days
