Birthday Cake Protein Shake
This Birthday Cake Protein Shake is sweet, festive, and gives me that “cake without the guilt” kind of feeling.
Servings: 1 shake
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess and extra protein
- 1 Tablespoon cashew butter optional but adds richness
- 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- ice cubes as needed
- 1/4 cup frozen berries, or 1/4-1/2 of a frozen banana
- sprinkles for topping a must for birthday vibes!
- Optional chopped nuts for topping
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. If the mixture feels too thick, just add a splash of liquid and mix until smooth.
Pour into a glass, top with sprinkles and chopped nuts (optional), and enjoy your little celebration-in-a-cup!
