  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Heaping Tablespoon instant chocolate pudding like Jell-O
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

For serving (optional): additional raspberries and granola for crunch

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the milk, raspberries, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Add rolled oats and instant chocolate pudding mix to your jar or container.
  • Pour the blended raspberry milk over the oat mixture. Stir thoroughly until everything is well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight (8-12 hours).
  • Give the oats a quick stir in the morning. Top with extra fresh raspberries and crunchy granola if desired. Eat straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl.
