Easy 3-Ingredient Pizza Dough

Servings: 4 mini Pizzas
For the dough:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- olive oil for greasing
For the pizza:
- 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 3-4 cups shredded mozzarella
- Optional: your favorite toppings olives, onion, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms...
In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt .
Knead the mixture with your hands until a dough forms; it may take a few minutes for everything to come together.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush with olive oil. Roll out the dough on the prepared parchment to make one large pizza, or divide it into 4smaller portions for individual pizzas. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with cheese.
Add any extra toppings you like.
Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15–20 minutes.
