Easy 3-Ingredient Pizza Dough

Perfect for busy schedules, this easy homemade dough creates delicious pizzas without the fuss.

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • olive oil for greasing

For the pizza:

  • 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 3-4 cups shredded mozzarella
  • Optional: your favorite toppings olives, onion, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms...

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt .
  • Knead the mixture with your hands until a dough forms; it may take a few minutes for everything to come together.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush with olive oil.
  • Roll out the dough on the prepared parchment to make one large pizza, or divide it into 4smaller portions for individual pizzas.
  • Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with cheese.
  • Add any extra toppings you like.
  • Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15–20 minutes.
