FAQs

Can I use self-rising flour instead of regular flour?

Yes! If a recipe calls for all-purpose flour, you can use self-rising—just remember to skip any added baking powder or salt, since it’s already included.

How do I store leftovers?

Keep any leftover dough tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 2 days, or freeze it for later.

Can I freeze baked pizza dough?

Yes! After baking the crust, let it cool completely, then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or foil and freeze it for up to 2 months. When you’re ready to use it, add your toppings and bake until everything is hot and bubbly- the baking time may be slightly longer.

Can I freeze a precooked pizza?

Definitely! Let the pizza cool completely, then wrap it well or store it in an airtight container. Reheat it in the oven or air fryer until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melty- it’ll taste just as good as fresh.
