  • Knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms.
  • If the dough feels dry or crumbly, add tahini or maple syrup—1 teaspoon at a time—until it comes together.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
  • Optional: Roll in shredded coconut
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy!

Fridge: Keep the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. 
Freezer: For longer storage, pop them in the freezer for up to 2 months. Just let them sit at room temp for a few minutes before eating—they’ll soften up quickly.
