Notes

Will the protein powder flavor be noticeable?
It depends on the brand, but yes, there is a slight aftertaste to the protein powder. Using chocolate chips helps balance that.
My cookies came out soft—why?
That’s normal for this recipe! The combo of almond flour, protein powder, and no refined sugar creates a soft, slightly dense cookie.
How much protein is there per serving?
The recipe makes 8 cookies, and each cookie has approximately 9 grams of protein.
