Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or honey adjust to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes optional

For serving: Fruits, granola, coconut flakes...

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a small jar.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or overnight) until thickened.
  • When ready to enjoy, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings.
  • Store the overnight oats in the fridge for up to 5 days
