Tips for the Best Chia Pudding:

  • Let it sit longer – 12-24 hours gives an even creamier consistency.
  • Stir twice – Mix once when you make it and again after 10 minutes to prevent clumping.
  • Use enough liquid – If it gets too thick, simply add a splash of milk and stir.

FAQs

How long does it last in the fridge?

It stays fresh for up to 4-5 days in an airtight container.

Do I have to leave it overnight?

Not necessarily! At least 4 hours works, but overnight gives you the creamiest texture.

Why is my chia pudding too thick?

Add a splash of milk and stir until you reach your desired consistency.

Can I freeze chia pudding?

Yes, you can freeze chia pudding! However, the texture might change slightly once thawed, as chia pudding can become a bit more liquid after freezing.
